We collect your email address (or Apple ID relay address) for account authentication, and store your chat messages securely on our servers to provide the AI agent service.
Your data is used solely to provide the Flint service: authenticating your account, running your private AI agent, and processing credit transactions. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data.
Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic) to generate responses. Messages are sent via encrypted connections and are not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored on secure servers in Europe. Chat history and account information are encrypted at rest.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page in the app. Upon deletion, all your data — including chat history, agent configuration, and transaction records — is permanently removed.
Credit purchases are processed by Apple. We store transaction IDs to prevent duplicate redemptions but do not have access to your payment information.
